Seabreeze Inn

Our room was lovely, not much of a view but light and airy with all the good bathroom and a nice comfortable big bed. Breakfast menu was a good choice, it was made to order in the kitchen in front of the dining tables and was ample and tasty, It’s easy to see why it is a shoes off house. As soon as you come through the front door (directly opposite and a stones throw from the shore line) we were greeted with a beautifully decorated home with carpets that looked and felt brand new, The 2 living rooms were comfortable and spacious. It is the first place I have stayed in where the common rooms were fully used by all guests, often at the same time. It truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed for 2 nights and it’s one the few places I wished we were able to stay for longer. The owners were present at times during the day to check in on guests and make sure everything was in place. If we were travelling in this part of the world again, it would be the place I would choose every time. Congratulations to both of them for creating a multi occupancy accommodation that has such a unique and warm feeling for every guest. The only suggestion I would have is that there were one or two small armchairs in the Lighthouse room for resting and watching tv later in the evening. It was something we talked about with the owners and it would make the room perfect.

This is an outstanding location at the top end of Gros Morne. Easy access to West Brook Pond where we did a Bon Tour of the pond. The wool shop Sivvers is a must see. The owner is an absolute treasure. Don’t bypass the local Payne museum. Worth a pop in.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was decent, clean, specious, and comfy! Definitely love the breakfast! Darrell’s and Troy were nice, friendly, and thoughtful! Internet was good! We loved the place! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze Inn. The room and home were spacious and very clean. We had several choices for breakfast and it was prepared hot and fresh and it was delicious! The host went above and beyond for my special request. I highly recommend staying here.

The accommodations and breakfast were among the best we had in Newfoundland. The bed was certainly the most comfortable. Check in was keyless and very easy. The one thing that could be improved upon was we were sent an email the day of arrival with things to see in the area, restaurants, shops, etc, it would be more useful to have this at least 1 day earlier when we weren’t travelling. Another place had sent us those details when we booked.

It was really nice meeting and chatting with Darrelle and Troy in the mornings. The breakfast was perfectly cooked by Nicole and Danielle each morning…a great start to our day. The sunsets were great, too (when the weather cooperated.)! The room and bed were so comfortable. This is an excellent location just north of Gros Morne, and suited our needs for exploring the area. We would definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely place to stay in cow head! Great sunset views, the space was perfect with full kitchen for cooking and spacious bathroom and bedroom. Great communication, easy checkin, recommend for sure!

No need to look any further, you’ve found the place you want to stay. Can’t find a single criticism about Seabreeze! Nicole and Danielle made a delicious breakfast and were good company, but not intrusive. Lovely girls! The room (#1) and common areas were immaculate. Bed was super comfortable! Loved the air massage tub. Watched a beautiful sunset and the seals popping their heads up to say hello, just a short walk down the street at the gazebo. Beautiful stargazing at night allowed me to see the Milky Way and get great pictures. Would definitely stay again, and I’m pretty picky.

We had a lovely stay with Darrelle and Troy in Cow Head! The accommodations were comfortable, clean and inviting with endearing touches of Newfoundland throughout. I especially appreciated the charging station, and artisanal beeswax soaps provided in our room. The breakfast options were a perfect start to a day of touring!

Great spot to stay when visiting the western end and if your in the area make sure you check out the western brook boat tour it’s amazing and the arches is about 20 minutes north of cow head
